Signs in the Right Of Way
Did you know—According to State Statues section 86.19 that no sign shall be placed withing the limits of any street or highway except such as necessary for the guidance or warning of traffic? Please note signs for lost pets, rummage sales, political, businesses cannot be placed in the road right of way. Or posted to a stop sign. These signs will be removed. Thank you for your cooperation.
